What’s new with JAICP



✔ Create bots in any language.

Use third-party NLP solutions for bots, as well as plug-in intent and entity discovery models (such as Dialogflow).



✔ Configure interrupting scenarios.

Previously, any loud sound (knocking on the door, dogs barking) triggered bot interruption by default. Now users can configure this feature on their own and set conditions when a bot can interrupt its phrase and go on to process a client’s phrase.

 

 

✔ Sber Salute — New channel to create voice skills.

Just AI is among the first to enable conversation designers to build voice skills for Sber’s recently launched family of virtual assistants.

✔ WeChat, Vonage, Salute.

The visual chatbot builder now supports 3 new channels — WeChat (for better communication on the Chinese market), Vonage (ex Nexmo, to enable WhatsApp Business), and Salute (to create voice skills for the Sber’s new family of virtual assistants for Russian and Eastern European markets).



✔ Speech synthesis markup for answers from the FAQ database.

Now you can turn on and off voice tagging in the bot’s FAQ section. This is especially important for phone bots.
